Robinson’s Jewelers did a wonderful job cleaning and repairing four of my watches. Everyone was extremely kind, efficient and very reasonably priced. I needed to get ring set (family heirloom) resized and was turned away by so many jewelers in Austin. Apparently a tension set ring is a difficult thing to resize. I called M. Robinson and spoke with Jasmine- she told me to come on in - they have a master jeweler and she was confident they could help me. Well here I am a month later and TOTALLY overwhelmed with joy! They are absolutely beautiful! So pleased with my experience at M. Robinsons and working with Jasmine was amazing. She kept me posted and reassured every step of the way. Thank you so very much! After loosing a stone in my wedding band, I brought both my wedding band and engagement ring to Jasmine for evaluation and restoration. Not only was she so knowledgeable about the diamonds, types of prongs and designs of the two rings sitting together, it was an absolute joy to work with her.
