She let me try on several different rings and took the time to explain the differences between them without ever making me feel rushed. I genuinely enjoyed chatting with her and left feeling much more informed. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back and look forward to working with Jasmine again!
I had a great experience with Saleem Noorani at M. Robinson Jewelers in Bee Cave, TX. We were upgrading my 10-year engagement band and inquired about several Tacori ring settings and the customized design process. Saleem spent 2 hours with us viewing settings, answering questions and stayed in touch throughout the next week to ensure I had all information needed to make a decision. I recommend this jeweler for its large selection and for the knowledgeable assistance we received from Saleem.

Mo is the best. I spent a couple hours in his shop and he took the time to give me an education in jewelry. I had previous negative experiences in town and Mo went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He sold me a couple of beautiful rings and my wife a bracelet. I needed to get ring set (family heirloom) resized and was turned away by so many jewelers in Austin. Apparently a tension set ring is a difficult thing to resize. I called M. Robinson and spoke with Jasmine- she told me to come on in - they have a master jeweler and she was confident they could help me. Well here I am a month later and TOTALLY overwhelmed with joy! They are absolutely beautiful! So pleased with my experience at M. Robinsons and working with Jasmine was amazing. She kept me posted and reassured every step of the way. Thank you so very much!
