Mia was so friendly, listened to all our requests, and offered her years of knowledge to help guide us to the best option. By the end, it felt like we were family and she truly cared about making sure we were happy and had exactly what we wanted. We picked up the ring this weekend and to say we were blown away is an understatement. It's the most perfect, amazing, stunning ring ever!! I cannot recommend M Robinson enough but particularly Mia- for the most enjoyable and thoughtful jewelery buying experience. Wish I could give 10 stars!!!

I was looking to get a sentimental ring resized smaller and these guys did the trick. I originally brought the ring to the store it had been purchased at and was told that a resize would be impossible because it was a “patterned band” and any adjustments would ruin the pattern. But I had no such issues here. They got my ring back to me in perfect condition, less than two weeks later, and you would have no idea it wasn’t the original size! Somehow the pattern is still perfectly intact, I cannot find where any adjustments were made. Priced very reasonably, and lovely people all around.
Finally made it into M. Robinson and had a fantastic experience. I reached out online with a question, and Jasmine’s response time was incredible. From that first message to the moment I walked out with my new watch, she was there every step of the way, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. If you get the chance, stop by and check them out—you might even be greeted with a great drink while you shop!

I had a great experience with Saleem Noorani at M. Robinson Jewelers in Bee Cave, TX. We were upgrading my 10-year engagement band and inquired about several Tacori ring settings and the customized design process. Saleem spent 2 hours with us viewing settings, answering questions and stayed in touch throughout the next week to ensure I had all information needed to make a decision. I recommend this jeweler for its large selection and for the knowledgeable assistance we received from Saleem.

Mo is the best. I spent a couple hours in his shop and he took the time to give me an education in jewelry. I had previous negative experiences in town and Mo went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He sold me a couple of beautiful rings and my wife a bracelet.
