Digital Marketing Manager


M Robinson Fine Jewelers located in Bee Cave on Ranch Road 620.  This is our flagship store where we carry the top brands of fine jewelry and watches from around the world.  Join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and drive growth. This multifaceted role combines creative vision with strategic execution, offering an opportunity to impact our brand’s trajectory.


– Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube) to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.

– Craft compelling and shareable content, including videos, photos, and graphics, aligned with brand aesthetics and messaging.

– Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and maintaining content calendars.

– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

– Optimize digital advertising campaigns (including paid social, PPC, and programmatic ads) to maximize ROI and achieve growth goals.

– Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

– Leverage SEO analytics and best practices to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.

– Create and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

– 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media management, paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing.

– Proven ability to significantly increase audience growth and engagement across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube).

– Experience in managing social media for e-commerce brands, driving conversions and revenue through strategic campaigns.

– Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and social media management tools.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and content creation.

– Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

– Detail-oriented with a passion for creative content development and visual storytelling.
