Our beautiful three-hander is full of subtle details. From the applied hour indices, to the debossed minute markers, and the small C-47 at the tip of every ticking second. This model is the namesake of the C-47 SkyTrain, a WW2 military transport built from the civilian DC-3 aircraft. Its construction was contracted by the US Army Airforce, and the first SkyTrain took to the skies in back in 1941.
